Dear Fellow Patriot,

Law-abiding gun owners should not have to beg for government permission or pay outrageous fees to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

It's time for gun owners to strike back against the Gun Control Lobby and their allies in Harrisburg.

In the opening hours of the new Pennsylvania legislative session, your PAGR worked with Rep. Aaron Bernstine (R-08) to introduce Constitutional Carry!

It's time our elected officials in Harrisburg start fighting to restore our right to keep and bear arms.

Please sign your petition to your state lawmakers to pass Constitutional Carry in Pennsylvania today!

With 29 states already recognizing Constitutional Carry as law of the land, it's long past time for Pennsylvania to become the 30th Constitutional Carry State.

Please act today!

Constitutional Carry Petition

To My State Senator & State Representative

WHEREAS: The Right of the People to defend themselves from violent criminal attack is God-given and unalienable; and,

WHEREAS: This Right is protected by the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution and includes the right to carry a handgun for self-defense; and,

WHEREAS: Requiring law-abiding citizens to beg for government permission through the permit system before they can exercise their constitutional right to keep and bear arms is a clear violation of that right;

THEREFORE: On behalf of law-abiding gun owners all across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I insist you publicly go on record in support of Constitutional Carry and vote to advance this piece of pro-gun legislation. Pennsylvania Gun Rights will keep me informed of your actions.
