“No Gun Control, No Deals”

A Petition to my Pennsylvania Elected Officials

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"; and

WHEREAS: The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania clearly states: "The right of the citizens to bear arms ... shall not be questioned"; and

WHEREAS: Anti-gun elitists continue to push gun bans and more restrictions that deprive law-abiding Pennsylvanians of our right to defend ourselves and protect our families;

THEREFORE: As your constituent, and a pro-gun Pennsylvanian, I insist you oppose any gun control “deals,” especially “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation.
